Sentiment Analysis Approach for Analyzing iPhone Release using Support Vector Machine

Sentiment analysis is a process of understanding, extracting, and processing textual data automatically to get sentiment information contained in comment sentence on Twitter. needs be done because the use social media society increasing so that it affects development public opinion. Therefore, can used analyze opinion by applying science, one which Natural Language Processing (NLP) Text Mining or also known as text analytics. The stages overall method this study are do mining Twitter site regarding iPhone Release with methods scraping, labeling, preprocessing (case folding, tokenization, filtering), TF-IDF, classification sentiments using Support Vector Machine. Machine widely baseline text-related tasks satisfactory results, several evaluation matrices such accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score yielding 89.21%, 92.43%, 95.53%, 93.95, respectively.
